Now Hiring: Leasing Agent (ResMan Experience Required) 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our property management team! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience and hands-on knowledge of ResMan software. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and explain community features. 

• Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals. 

• Use ResMan daily to manage leads, track leasing activity, and maintain resident records. 

• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care. 

• Stay informed about leasing specials, occupancy goals, and market trends. 

• Ensure the office and community present a welcoming, professional environment. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience (required). 

• ResMan software experience (required). 

• Strong communication and organizational skills. 

• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality. 

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
