Now Hiring: Experienced Community Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily community in Plano. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of property management experience, including lease-up experience, and a proven ability to lead teams while driving strong financial and operational performance. This leadership role requires a professional who can balance resident satisfaction with occupancy and NOI goals.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage the onsite team, including leasing staff and maintenance
Communicate effectively with residents and staff
Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy goals, and resident relations
Manage financial reporting, leasing activity, and resident records
Ensure budget compliance, track expenses, and drive NOI growth
Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies, including lease-up initiatives, to maximize occupancy
Conduct regular property inspections and maintain company standards
Handle escalated resident concerns and resolve issues professionally
What We’re Looking For:
Lease-up experience (required or strongly preferred)
5+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing (required)
ResMan software experience (huge plus!)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financials, and deliver results
Track record of increasing occupancy and resident satisfaction
