Job Title: Leasing Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, and assisting with day-to-day operations of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
Conduct property tours and highlight features and amenities
Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
Process rental applications, screenings, and lease agreements
Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases
Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to maintain high occupancy
Handle resident concerns and service requests promptly
Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable
Support property management with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or real estate preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet leasing goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30 & some Saturdays 10-4
