We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily community. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of property management experience and be proficient in ResMan property management software. This is a leadership role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the community runs smoothly, residents are supported, and financial goals are met. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead and manage the onsite team, including leasing staff and maintenance. 

• Oversee daily operations, resident relations, leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals. 

• Utilize ResMan to manage financial reporting, leasing activity, and resident records. 

• Ensure budget compliance, track expenses, and drive NOI growth. 

• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy. 

• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards. 

• Handle escalated resident concerns and resolve issues professionally. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing (required). 

• Proficiency in ResMan software (required). 

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 

• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financials, and hit performance targets. 

• Proven track record of increasing occupancy and resident satisfaction. 

• High level of professionalism and customer service.
